Loved the modern amenities and stunning vistas, friendly staff, complimentary birthday drinks, Bar 21, gym, and convenient Times Square location.

i had an exceptional experience at citizenM. the staff was very friendly, the facility was clean and innovative. the hotel's proximity to major attractions and the subway access made it convenient to explore the city. our room was small but comfortable, with smart storage space and a smart tv. the rooftop bar, workout room, and multi-faceted lobby were enjoyable areas to relax. the staff made us feel like long time friends and the service was outstanding. we were moved to a higher floor with a spectacular view without any hassle. definitely would stay here again.
